I have been to this smoke shop before but never have I had the pleasure of speaking with the awesome man behind the counter! I always try to find the wonderful places and this is a proud father establishment! The photos displayed are of his daughters he's such a awesome dad! Not to mention she's a LEO like myself! I hear you can purchase one and she maybe famous people one day!

Horrible shop way over priced. The owner sold me a pipe that was defective (the inside of the pipe was twisted instead of straight through so cant even use the pipe.) When asked if he could make it right and give me something that's not defective he refused and came up with many excuses at the end of day it was only 10$ but still should of made the customer happy. Once I said it's okay I won't be comming back again he was not phased at all and said ok and hung up. Very rude. He would rather be a snake and burn someone watch out! No way to do business. He was making a big deal about not being able to re sell it but it's only 10$ instead they earned this bad review please be careful you will spend way more than any other place and there is no customer service at all so hopefully whatever you buy isn't defective.

Usually this place is really good but last time there, the guy working (I believe the owner) kept complaining about my bro parking right outside the door while I just picked up some tobacco. No other customers in the store, was really quick cause we were in a hurry. But I could tell he was visibly upset about it. Take a chill pill guy! Would otherwise rate 3 - 4.

So much for being open at 9am it’s 9:14am on Friday and there still not open hmmm I’ll be going back to buzz and the block shop from now on in Yuba city

Owner was very nice and friendly, putting all of his attention in to helping me. He did not get irritated by my many questions, or when reading aloud all the different flavors for me. Really cute new little puppy he had brought into the store too
