The owner and his son are great I think they are the best oke shop in town.ive been going there for years they can be real carectors.i recommend the off the wall smoke shop to everyone.

never had a bad experience here & they’ve always asked i test the vape i buy before leaving so if i need a refund they can give it same day, i do miss when they had elf bars though but unfortunately no shop i’ve been to has elfs anymore, so not a knock on them.

They lack integrity and recently turned into the common slime ball owners you see everywhere else. Husband and I have been loyal customers for years. I bought a few vapes at one time and found out two of them did not work. I did not complain or return them because I should have tried them that same day was my thought process and I truly liked the owners so I continued to purchase from them without complaint. I recently had my husband go to the store to get me a 0 nicotine vape. They gave him a him a cbd vape. My husband did not think that a zero nicotine vape would be cbd sorry for our ignorance but the guy did not tell us neither. Yes, we should have read it and not just went off of what they said. My husband told them a few minutes literally after the purchase when he realized it was cbd “Oh wait this says cbd my wife can’t have that” and they refused to refund or exchange. We have been customers for years even bringing family out of state to go there whenever they visit. They get thousands in revenue from us and our associates yearly. That will now stop because of their lack of decency and integrity. Like they said “I could refund you but I would be out $25.00” my husband replied “You are taking that from me knowing this product is not what I asked for” the answer to that was “ that’s on you not me”……. The money don’t matter in this situation any longer but the consideration and common decency does!……
