i was regular customer until today. i come once a week to buy a vape. went this morning at 9:45am bought a Geek bar went to puff on it and it was completely dead so i charged it up. went to use it and the battery dropped back to 0 and died. went back to the shop at 2:10pm to just do an even EXCHANGE for the same exact vape and flavor and the guy refused to exchange even with my receipt and the packaging it came in. you can clearly see the vape juice is at 100 but battery is at 0. asked where does it say that all sales are final since no where in the shop or the receipt does it say that. Will never go back, gladly take my money to another smoke shop that will do an even exchange when they sell a faulty vape.

The bad reviews are right on. Don’t waste your money here. They sell nothing but junk. Bought this pipe and right away it started getting clogged on the bottom. Noticed that some of the lines marked were not even open. Came back and was requesting an exchange since it did cost me $29.99. Guy on the counter said no because it was used already. What a joke they are.

The owner/attendant is very cold. Not a very merry guy I suppose. I asked him if he had rolling papers. He said “here. Rolling paper” he has two or three sizes of raw and a bunch of blunt wraps. I asked for a specific product and he lost interest in selling me anything. If you like hookah they have plenty of products. If you want MMJ products go to glassroots.

All these reviews are straight lies. Worst smoke shop ever. I point the vape I needed coils for and got sold the wrong coils twice. Don’t sell products your to lazy to learn. Someone points out the exact product you sell how do you sell them the wrong coil twice? Beyond pathetic
