They sold me a bag of tobacco that had a hole cut in it. Super dry harsh tobacco. I tried asking for a discount on a new bag and the owner said it wasn’t a bag from his store. He was very rude and lied to get out of giving me a tiny discount when he should have been giving me a whole new bag. This is the only tobacco shop I’ve gone to for almost a year. I won’t be back because the owner is a lying jerk. I’m a nice guy and I don’t try to cheat people. This owner was so rude! He was saying I was lying and it wasn’t from his store. I always see the nice lady when I go in but she said I would have to talk to the owner about the ripped bag when he was in. Wish I never met this guy! I’ve never been treated like that in a business. The owner should learn some manners and learn his products.

I walked I walked the longest block and a half and then to get turned down from two other smoke shops This smoke shop was my last option Add SoCal smoke shop delivered and had exactly what I was looking for the young lady with the blonde hair exude A1 customer service. I'll be back soon

Amazing first time experience! I was recommended by my buddy and they did not disappoint! Came in looking for new glass and the lady who works there(I didn't catch her name 😔) was beyond helpful with helping me find the right one. Even found a awesome holding case for it, 1 STOP SHOP ! Definitely recommend checking this shop out !

Great prices. The young man working today was very pleasant and helpful. If he was there more often when I needed something from this type of store I would choose to go here. Wish I got his name. I'll try to update this post in the future to let everyone know who the one is with great customer service.

The older Man at the shop is very nice, recommend this shop to anyone. If your nice, they will be nice back to you. Simple as that. And that's something I can respect in 2024. Thanks a lot 👍🏼
