All the guys that work here are super cool. They remember your name and what you like. Are very helpful and have a positive attitude, some smoke shops seem annoyed when you walk through the door but not these guys. I continue to shop at this one even though there are several in my area, because of the staff. Also they are flexible on prices.

Went here today and met Bassel! He was great and provided excellent service! I’ll be coming back here. It’s also so clean and organized inside! Helped me with everything and knew his products well!

Laguna smoke shop in mission Viejo is great! They have a great selection of everything and also the costumer service is great ! I especially like it when Bassel helps me out because he is very helpful and has a professional attitude.

I don’t know what to say…Bassel was so incredibly helpful. I suffer from a chronic illness that causes me excruciating pain. He took the time to discuss the various strains of Kratoms and literally cut my pain in half with his recommendations Thank you Bassel!!! 🙏
