The hookah was well prepared and enjoyable to smoke. However, we were seated next to one of the monitors for the televisions, during the time we stayed (about an hour) the volume was progressively raised to the point where my group could no longer converse comfortably. My wallet fell out of my pocket and was left on the couch where I sat, and I didn't realize it until I got back to my home (30 minutes away.) I immediately called and asked if it was there, the proprieter said he would check to see and let me know, then hung up the phone. I waited several minutes to hear back before departing to return and get the wallet in person. I never received a return phone call the entire drive back, and when I arrived and asked about the wallet he acted confused. He looked for it for several minutes while I searched the parking lot. Eventually he came out with it and handed it to me. The cash was missing, but nothing else, fortunately. The handling of the situation was far from professional, it seemed as though there was no actual concern about my missing wallet. The fact that it was returned, sans cash, made me lose any trust I had in this establishment. I will not be returning.

The atmosphere at bellagio hookah is chill and inviting perfect for a night out with friends or a relaxing solo session The hookah was smooth flavorful and lasted a long time without needing constant coal changes They had a great variety of shisha flavors and the staff even helped us mix a custom blend that was amazing. Service was top-notch attentive friendly and knowledgeable. The music was on point, not too loud, and matched the vibe of the lounge. Drinks and snacks were reasonably priced and went well with the experience Overall a solid spot for hookah lovers Will definitely be coming back
