Best smoke shop in the 209 area hands down, has all the hookah flavors you could dream of. They will even mix up flavors of your choice from the hookah flavor bar. Great people, always great conversations. Happy to have found them when I moved! They treat you like family.

Three stars for having a nice selection of devices and brands. I would give a lower rating if not for that. Whoever is reviewing saying they have good prices probably works here or something because the prices are insane. Some items have a 40 dollar markup. Only buy here if you are desperate. An update for clarity - I went to another shop a few blocks away and got the same item for 40 dollars less.
