This place sucks , I went in and bought two things total to 80.06$ I paid 90$ and he didn’t give me my change or receipt I called to tell them about and they insisted that they gave me change . I asked them to see if they can check cameras and apparently they aren’t allowed in the back only manger is . Supposed also manger is never in and that basically because the cashier stated he gave me change they said to chalk it up to what it is and wouldn’t want to give me my change back . Horrible ass place horrible ass employees. Get new people to work because that’s bs .

I bought a UTBAR(Pro) an hour ago from the Lady Associate and haven't tried it in the store since I was trying to finish my current one with 3% left. Then after an hour I started to use the UTBAR(Pro) with Strawberry Blast Flavor. And it tasted nothing. (Plain Flavor) it's like just a Smoke and Nicotine!!! Then I called the store and talked to the Guy (not the associate when I visited and bought it) and he doesn't even want to Replace it. I told him that I will be there and ask him to try it himself and he keeps telling me that It's a Final Sale and no replacement and refund! Bro! You guys just selling A defective product that makes it dangerous or unfit for its intended use. (Not sure what's really inside of it though because it's taste Bad (Plain) no Strawberry at all. I am a Customer here for about two years already and this is the first time I ever encountered this with unprofessional service. You guys need to check this products before get in trouble. Just saying. And it will be my last time to buy in this store!!!

I am deeply concerned by what I observed at this smoke shop. A large quantity of nitrous oxide canisters was sold in a single day, followed by people using them directly outside the business on the public parking lot. I have a close family member who struggles with nitrous abuse, and witnessing a business enable this behavior so openly is alarming and harmful to the community. The situation goes beyond individual responsibility when repeated high-volume sales are followed by immediate public misuse. I am attaching photos documenting the quantity of canisters involved and employees retrieving discarded canisters from a public trash receptacle and taking them into the back of the store. This raises serious concerns regarding public safety, improper handling, and lack of accountability.
