Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with Vapor Time. The product I purchased had a quality issue, and when I went back to try to resolve it, the return/exchange process was not handled very well. I understand that defective products can happen, but I expected better customer service when addressing the problem. Hopefully they can improve how they handle product issues and returns in the future.

It was my first visit here. And I didn't know much. However, Kathy was too kind and nice!! She explained it to us in detail😍 (I think she is employee) As well, The store was so clean and there were so many options! 👍
