Customer service are so rudely is not helping you at all Customer service representatives’ rude behavior is not assisting you and is attempting to shift blame rather than genuinely helping. This behavior has been consistent for years. I have successfully resolved issues by contacting customer service representatives and calmly explaining the problem without engaging in unnecessary arguments. A simple statement is sufficient to address the issue. or trying to help you more than they are trying to put blame you all the time is not only one but been more like that for years i was able call UPs and gently fixed the issue without make this long argument that hookah junkie does which not needed simple statement . I wish there is zero stars

Hookah junkies is my go to, to get my favorite flavors and all my hookah supplies. My orders all arrive on time sometimes even alittle earlier :). The website is very easy to navigate and find exactly what you are looking for. It even has a chat that you can ask your questions to and its very helpful.
