This place USED to be good. Ever since they changed to requiring online orders, their service has been terrible. Their inventory is never accurate, we consistently are unable to pick up the items we’ve selected online, and have to make substitutes, or drive to another location altogether. Orders are never picked ahead of time. So, you have to wait around once you’ve arrived, and that’s when you find out that they don’t have the stuff you’ve ordered. All around disorganized. Will be looking for a new source. I realize recent law changes have made you change the way you do business; but, you’re not adapting well.

These guys (and gals) are great. Great quality products and brands. They were out of a couple things I bought online and went out of their way to rectify the situation. Will continue being a customer to these awesome people!

I bought my son a 15 dollar torch and was told by workers it was faulty but was charged another 15 bucks to replace it. He had it for a few days….the old management have done that
