Love their selection of so many things from candles, apparel and different pop culture things. Far from just a smoke shop. I come here for collectibles and mostly pokemon.

These folks here are so helpful and kind. If they don’t have it they will find it for you! They have great products, great glass and great prices! These folks last of a dying breed. Appreciate them!

I was in the neighborhood today visiting an old friend and on my way over to the Balboa peninsula I remember that there is an Up In Smoke store on the way!! As anyone who has read my other review of the store that was previously on Bristol was my long time place for all my accessories like hemp wicks, water pipes, papers, and all things smoking related. Today marks the day that I solved the quest to understand the connection of ALL the Up In Smoke stores!! First, a huge amount of gratitude to Bruce who filled me in on Mike and Murad, who are the original people that own and operate the stores. I used to chat regularly with Mike at the Bristol store and he always was solid on hooking up the great glass!! Bruce and the other guys at the shop are incredibly welcoming and the store is impeccable. They have everything you need, especially if you're like me and "fumble" your "piece" and it breaks at the beach. OR in case you accidentally loose track of your papers and they get "donated" to the sand gods Up In Smoke is right there off of Newport Blvd South just up on the left hand side a little bit past the liquor store also on the left. You can also access the store on the North bound side of Newport Blvd just past 26th Street. There are pay kiosks for some of the street parking so be aware of it so you don't get a ticket. The store has a great selection of pipes, water pieces, gear for vaping, also a nice selection of cigars should you be in "the mood". All the other accessories like protective bags for traveling with your piece, rolling trays, selection of tobacco for argile/hookah smokers, e juices, etc. Again, location, location, location! Literally steps from the beach, the bar, the restaurants, whatever your destination or reason Up In Smoke is right there for you. Enjoy!!!

Nice smoke shop with friendly staff. Prices seem fair. Location is great…just a few blocks from the beach.
