I dont ever wish bad on people or hope for something bad to happen to them but I do believe in karma good and bad not saying what happened to this smoke shop was karma from how they did me on a simple as exchanging the faulty item they sold too me and showing gratitude and good customer service to all people that walk through there door and spend money rather it be a local millionaire or one of the local homeless I do hope for a speedy restoration and a good grand reopening of the store but most of all I hope with the down time and lost of revenue that some of the workers come back with a little more gratitude compassion and better customer service the worker/workers I'm talking about know who they are Horrible customer service especially to a customer that comes in Daily not only by their high priced items but also pays to use their debit card all because you did not want to trade cans butane for the defected one that you sold priceless then again thank you for helping me save money I'll shop elsewhere

I thought I gave him six but I remembered It.was seven he admitted to not.counting it and just let me purchase my item I've had nothing but great to fast very customer friendly service from this shop and recommend it to anyone who needs smokes they are one of the cheapest in town they sell some clothing items and body jewelry as well as the obvious apparatuss for ur smoking pleasure and a selection of sodas and juices and some vape savvy items and more! Come here today he just gifted two lovely females ahead of me two small items due to their large purchase as if a parting gift of sort:)

OVERPRICED POOR QUALITY ITEMS RUDE OWNERS BASIC BORING LAST SEASONS PRODUCTS My husband and I originally had visited this shop killing time while we waited for prescription at Wal-Mart. Had a decent experience and felt terrible that they had just been robbed and the owners wife had been there when it happened so clearly staff was a little shook up. They seem to have a good selection of everything, but when you ask to see a product so you can check out quality and how the packages are set up to function, you're quickly met with an irritable staff as if you're wasting their time. They'll claim every product you look into "I'd the newest trend, no one else sells them yet, or quality beats all other head shops. Oh well, we live in sac we can deal with shop owners who forget to be humble and kind to customers. Now THE POINT ANS REASON FOR MY TIME TO POST A REVIEW. BOUGHT OVER 300$ WORTH OF TOYS AND A HAT. Oh that hat! It was a sneak surprise for my hubby after he went ro the car to take our puppy out for fresh air. And the hats seemed cool, little overpriced but eh, they're cool and unique so it's worth it. Pay for hat, realized quickly I was charged 4$ over the price they quoted when it was hanging on wall. And then I get hat in bag handed ro me and as I stroll towards door I see there is some sort of stain looks like face makeup and can see fingerprints so someone handled the hat with dirty hands. And it's not coming off its on the hats bill and my hubby ain't t ever wearing a dirty hat no matter how small the stain. THE OWNER REFUSES TO REPLACE IT, AND RUBS THE STAIN IN MORE AS HE TAKES IT FROM MY HANDS AND TELLS ME NO REFUNDS AND I MUSTVE DIRTUED THE HAT!! Super bad for business move, we spent so much money there and with a million shops all over this area, they really made it easy to stop spending there.

I love this place!!! This is my go to spot for juice and vape supplies. The owner is always pleasant, friendly and helpful. I always leave happy which is fantastic. I always feel like a valued customer getting a great deal at a great price.
