I've been coming here for a while cuz they are open late but this is the 3rd and final time they get over on me. 1st time I buy a lighter and it works in the store but by the time I make it to the house the flint isnt working, ok no biggy. 2nd time butane, I get to the house the tip is broken, ok no biggy but this is the 3rd time and butane tip is broken again. My fault for not checking before I leave but come on dude and the worst thing is I told him go ahead and check it,its never been used then he says "thats why I hate dealing with Armenians". That threw me back a lil first cuz Im not Armenian & second whats race gotta do with this. This is why we're in a place we're in right now with society. I said ok and started to walk out, I stopped, put the broken butane on the glass display case & told him here you could have this back & walked out. Drove up the street and paid a $ 1.75 more but thats fine. I would have paid that other spot again but not after his rude comment & for lying like he did. That place is thirsty, couldn't replace a $ 7.00 item rather then loose a customer that spends a good amount there. Makes no sense, just be careful when your there.

1-Star Review less if I could!!! I usually go to a different smoke shop, but I didn’t realize the time—I was leaving around 8 AM, and my regular spot wasn’t open yet. So I came here because they were open. Big mistake. First off, there’s a guy working here—a Black dude—who clearly does not care about customer service. I walk in and ask him which cones are the thinnest (I didn’t have my glasses, so I couldn’t read the labels on the wall), and all he says is, “I guess the organic ones.” That’s it. No effort, no help. Like… do you even work here? Then I move over to the hookah section and ask which ones are nicotine-free and tobacco-free. He looks at me like I’m crazy and goes, “I’ve never heard of that.” Seriously? Is this not a smoke shop? You’ve never heard of nicotine-free or tobacco-free hookah molasses? That’s wild to me. The smoke shop I usually go to is Everything Smoke Shop. It’s a water store, smoke shop, and they have everything—plus real customer service. This place? Total opposite. No care, no respect, no knowledge. Honestly, this place sucks. I tried to take a picture with the guy in it to warn others, but when I walked back in to snap the shot, surprise—he was conveniently in the back and the store was empty. Bottom line: don’t waste your time. Your money doesn’t matter here. And if it does, they need to get rid of this guy ASAP. If you walk in and see him there, just know you’re not getting any help. Ask a question and he’ll either guess or look at you like you’re dumb. Never coming back.

I guess when all the other smoke shops are closed and your the only one open at 2am, You Can Charge Whatever You Want ... they take advantage off the late night surge. ...and yeah the guys behind the counter r rude n judge people. When i was there, they were making fun of a customer that had just walked out cuz of the item he purchased , basically calling him a crackhead and then they were all laughing. Definitely an uncomfortable feeling.

Just so you know, the vape products being sold there are counterfeit. A genuine pod normally costs around $20, but they are selling fake ones for $24. If you're looking for authentic vape products, there's another smoke shop just across the street nearby. They sell genuine products there.😅

Garbage customer service, impolite. Called in and asked about an item, had no idea what I was talking about. Instead of saying something like, "Can you say that again?" or "Sorry, I don't know what that is." He just says, "hUh?..." When I say it again and he finally understood what I wanted, I asked for the price, guy says, "We don't discuss prices over the phone, you have to come here." Sorry, is this a coke deal or a legal smoke shop? You can't discuss prices why? Because you're too lazy to check? Not coming after that, re-hire new employees, your current ones are driving business away, and there's plenty of other shops to go to.
