I came in for one vape and they offered a deal on 2 when I was trying to check out so I took two even though I didn’t want them both. Sadly both were faulty. The first two were already open so I was able to exchange, but I stupidly didn’t test the next two in store because I was now late after back and forth then trying to make a deal and then returning the first set. One was totally burnt and then wouldn’t charge after the first couple puffs and the other had a totally dead battery. Nothing.. just dead and won’t charge. It’s really disappointing , I don’t know if they sell old reject inventory or fakes but I won’t be back. I probably can’t return the two duds because I threw away the package and receipt. Even if they remember me they probably can’t help as they usually don’t. I tried calling right away but no one answers the phone.
