Was interested in indulging in some edibles. You can order online but it seemed more simple for me to visit the store in person. Thats cool that they have an online option. I get there and security checks ID and directs you inside. The fact that you can use apple pay is the best. Most dispensaries I go to require cash only so this was a great impression on myself. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. I wanted to buy more but maybe there will be a next time because I would definitely come back and I highly recommend. Oh! And the edible did not disappoint. The taste was great and the effects were the perfect amount.

The Oakland store is one of the best places to go in town. Sale prices are great. Most of the employees are top notch. There's only one that charges extra tip for himself without your knowledge. Be careful when you check out with the shortest guy there. He's the reason I don't give them 5 stars. $23.50 for a $17 item. Should have been $20, they round up to the nearest $5, or $10. Tried getting 2, I had $37.57 in my account. Should have gone through at $35. Tried 3 times, insufficient funds. Now I know why.

NUG Oakland: The Super Store of Dispensaries. Spacious Showroom and Lounge. Very comfortable. They have everything your looking for, and then some. Friendly and easy going staff greet you. Knowledgeable Budtenders see to your every need. Customer Service Is Excellent! This is my personal experience, from shopping NUG many times.

My 420 was really excellent because of the products and the staff had no excellent. Excellent I really enjoyed my experience there.

Horrible service, they do not care about online orders, I placed a order for pick up, they closed the store before 9:45, and then proceeded to tell me it was too late to give me my pre purchased order. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! It makes no since to no allow a customer to get a product they already paid for, especially after I let them know I will not be able to return until next week!
