RJ took really good care of me when I was shopping for vapes, I wasn’t well versed in them and he really helped me find one that works great. Great customer service skills like this is what keeps loyal customers coming back! The people he helped before me I could tell are long time customers and the gentleman raved about RJ always taking good care of them. He’s absolutely right. RJ looks out for both the best interest of his store and his customers. 10/10

Tonight I had the unfortunate roll of putting both RJ (the man representing the store) & myself into a less than favorable situation. I purchased a beautiful product from their robust selection only to find I couldn’t use it. I never return items especially those that cannot be resold. We both stood our ground as a matter of principle and as things go without finding common ground, things got interesting when out of the blue RJ completely turned the night around for us both and honored more than I had bargained for. It’s rare that the tempo of a misunderstanding slows but this man was able to completely change the dynamic we had created and I left very happy as a return customer & I’m super glad to have met the man. Thanks RJ, that was great bro. 🙏🏼

Ajen is always friendly, they have great customer service, and great prices. The place is clean and safe. I love promoting my local independent stores!

Lay off the perfume or spray in the shop. It affects the taste and quality of your products. Just bought 2 packs of loose leafs, tastes smells exactly like the perfume in your shop. Waste of time, money, and product. Let’s make better quality 2026!

RJ is the man. Super friendly, always gives me a deal. Always a pleasant purchasing experience. I travel an extra 5 miles to go to this shop
