This is the worst company I've ever dealt with! They sell you items they don't have in stock and send items you didn't order, then make you pay for postage to send back to be able to get your refund.... which has taken 3 months at this point! Then they keep the signature fee and will not reimburse for the shipping costs incurred to return the wrong items they sent. If you don't enjoy giving your money away and spending months trying to rectify situations DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

If you enjoy purchasing products and not having them shipped, If you enjoy getting lied too. Then I would recommend this business They offered no solution to my problem. I received inconsistent information from different agents. Empire imports has gone downhill

Great team and Great Customer Service Skills. A package was delivered to the wrong address and regardless, they did a full investigation and re-shipped the products out to me. I definitely recommend Empire Imports to anyone in the Vape Industry as they have such a wide variety of products and are on top of new releases making it easy for you to find out what’s brand new.
