This place deserves a way lower rating then one.... I Bought a torch that they recommended and it wasn't what they said it was. it didn't work well. you had to unscrew it open to refill it. and when i went back to let them know, the guy was no help at all he just said it couldn't do anything about it because he is just looking after the store and to come tomorrow when the owner was there. so what do i do go back the next day. and of course shes there and she is already giving me attitude when i was talking politely with her the whole time. i just said this torch doesn't work like you guys said it would and explained about how annoying it is to refill and she didn't even know how it worked or how to do it herself. i had to show how to even turn it on. But when i had first came in, she was saying it was the best one and that they sell so many of them.. basically recommending it.. and out of nowhere... so she just started to berate me saying not her problem and kept saying no returns.. basically yelling at me. by the point i just said why recommend me merchandise that you don't know how it works, that doesn't work well... then she had the audacity to act like she didn't speak English anymore. it was the weirdest thing ever.... that lady needs meds.. she acted so disgusting..

This place is amazing. great customer service. their prices are so cheap comparing to other smoke shops. they have a very big variety of glass with great prices. i really like this place. you have to go check it out!!

A little bit too over priced. They have no hours posted when they open or close. Online is says they open at 9 but went around 9:30am-10am and they were still closed. I’ve been here once before and was over charged for vape juice. I have found it other places and online a lot cheaper but came here cause convenience.
