After several days without a vape, morale was low, patience was running thin, and my internal customer service department had officially filed a complaint against management. Thankfully, the moment I walked through the door, everything changed. The store was clean. The displays were organized. The selection was impressive. And most importantly, the customer service was outstanding. The young woman helping customers behind the counter deserves a massive shoutout. From the moment I walked in looking like I had just completed an unexpected cardio workout, she remained professional, welcoming, patient, and genuinely kind. No judgment. No attitude. No rush. Went in to buy a vape, older guy behind counter let me sample a couple vapes, I asked if there were other samples too to which he brought out new boxes and had me open them and I asked him before are these samples he said yeah yeah. I only sample two because I didn't want to keep opening boxes cuz it felt weird, then when I go to select the one I want which is one of the flavors before the two I opened and one of the flavors I opened he was getting offset that I had opened that one other box. He started trying to play games with me acting like I was just taking advantage of him and I had to correct him. I start to walk away and then he changes his tune, but then as I go to pay he tries to charge me more than he initially told me the cost. I finally just had to walk out with him yelling at me to come back, questioning what happened to me today, so I walk out to my car and he follows me out to the door and stares at me as I drive away.
