Absolutely terrible customer service from top to bottom. I stumbled across this place while having lunch with my girl and bought some Tabak cigarillos and loved them. Some time passed and wanted to get some more of these so I called ahead to check if they have them in stock, and the guy said "Yeah come on in!" I drove out of my way after work looking forward to grabbing those. I show up and the worker says "Nah we dont have those" So I mention I called ahead and he blamed his coworker who had the morning shift and said "Morning shift doesn't know what they are talking about" I was already there so decided to ask for some recommendations that would be similar. The employee wouldn't stop texting the entire time I was trying to talk to him. Didn't look up from his phone once to actually talk to me. As I was asking him a question he just walks away from me and leaves me in the humidor. I open the door and tell him I need some help to find something comparable being that I'm not an expert with cigars. He literally ignores me and just keeps texting. I ask again with a little annoyance and he just says "grab that lion one right there" without looking up or even trying to help. Decided to take my business elsewhere being that his text was more important than the customer. Great job losing a returning customer. 0/10 service

Great selection in cigars. Staff very knowledgeable in their products. Super friendly and they don't make you feel intimidated if you're a newbie. Come check this place out.

Visited to pick up some cigars not available back home in Sweden and enjoyed one of them just outside along with some other patrons. Nice and relaxing while the city moves around you.

I don’t smoke but everytime I walk by or eat at Urth or formerly Felixs next door I get to inhale from their customers smoking. So I’m directly experiencing this business. Imagine someone eating a meal and regurgitating it in our mouth - that’s second hand smoke. I don’t bring my personal hobby and force strangers to experience it. Last night in Urth it was wafting in they had to close all their doors. Go smoke at home guys
