Great experience at Madison Smoke Shop. They didn’t have exactly what I was looking for, but the staff was still incredibly helpful and took the time to guide me in the right direction instead of just sending me away. Really appreciated the honesty, knowledge, and customer service. It’s rare to find a shop that cares about helping even when they don’t make a sale. Highly recommend checking them out! Come here weekly as I live a block away. The hours posted aren’t accurate. They show up sometime an hour late. I’m outside right now with my kid in the car, and 20 minutes past open and nobody is here. After a year I guess it’s time to take my money elsewhere. Either hire adults who show up on time or run the biz yourself because they our staff sucks. Or maybe make the hours 2pm-6pm so the kids will show up on time

Google says they are open at 9 am. I came here at 9 am. I have been waiting for 15 minutes. No hours in window. Did they forget to update Google hours? What's going on? Waste my time...

Worst smoke shop ever. Pricing is outrageous. Don't recommend if you're trying get any papers or wraps. They're taxing. Liquor store down street way better cheaper and just as much options.

The only thing that makes this shop better than all others is the customer service from worker Nick! This man needs a raise. Managers should give this man a raise!
