Even though I was rude to this cashier when I came in, because I needed a vape my vape died 2 days ago you know the whole deal. Before I even got the chance to apologize not only did he give me small discount on my vape, but told me that we're all human and we make mistakes. I did apologize for my attitude great customer service

Nice store. Decent prices. Always clean and the employees are always helpful and polite. Has cute clothes and bags too.

My hubby and i biught a torch and it stopped working the next day so my hubby took it back to see if we could exchange it for a new one and instead of the worker just saying no, he flipped out and chased him out of the store cussing at him. A few people saw it and said how messed up the worker was. We will never go back to that place again. WORSE SMOKE SHOP IN OROVILLE
