dry backwoods got 4 packs smh

I bought a Yocan Evolve Plus at this shop in pacoima. It wasn’t working cause it would heat up super fast and get really hot but wouldn’t burn the wax for some reason. We tried to explain it to the guy when we went back but he was saying that it worked fine by pressing it and seeing that the coil would heat up. He didn’t even bother looking inside to see if the wax melt or anything. (Reason why we brought it) he started raising his voice and saying that there’s nothing he can do. He didn’t even want to help us or wanted to bother with us. He even tried to blame it on us that we messed up just so we can return it and get a new one. Me and a friend asked what can I do cause it wasn’t working? Can I get an exchange or something or did I lose my money cause I paid $33 for something that doesn’t work. I don’t think that’s fair. He was really rude about it to. I stay away from this shop if I was you guys. I just wanted to get an exchange of the same one or see if I can get the bigger one and just pay the difference if it was cool with him but he was just not having it with us. After this, I don’t recommend to anyone. Don’t pay for something that’s not gonna work and then there’s nothing that can be done. Don’t get robbed like me. Stay away!!

The owner is very friendly and helpful. They have a good variety of products and prices are low. Always has fresh backwoods .
