My wife recently purchased a hookah set up last month (on July 17th, 2026) and I have a record of said transaction. After using the hookah a few times, we both realized it tasted funny. Come to find out, THE STEM HAD RUST IN IT. This was not a new item apparently, but was sold as such. When my wife went to return it this afternoon, the guy behind the counter shakes his head and says no he can’t take it as a return or replace the RUSTED setup he sold us because “it’s been over a month.” It hasn’t even been three weeks as of today (August 6th, 2026). Don’t go here, and take your business elsewhere. They are scam artists operating in bad faith.

Terrible customer service. The old man is indeed grumpy and lacks all customer care skills. I don’t mind getting my change back but if something costs $2.50 cents and I give $3 I would expect to get my $0.50 cents backs because you won’t sell it for $2 right! I’ve been to different smoke shops and this one is the bottom line.

I came to this smoke shop today and Tony was more than helpful in assisting me with the type of hookah I wanted to buy! He had so many flavors to choose from and prices were great compared to others I have been too! Will definitely do all my business here!

I met the new owner Louis...(sp?).. a very nice and personable guy. He made my Premier cigs for the first time.
