Uses very cheap glass. Just bought a glass rig for my dab rig. 5 seconds lighting it up and it cracks into 100 pieces. Tried calling the store #. # is out of service. No way to get a hold of location. Go next door to the smoke shop. Better off.

I really like this smoke shop, the prices are better than others and the owner is super chill they are always friendly.

The clerk that works in the store is not number 10. He’s awesome and helps with everything I need help with. He’s very attentive and good at his job. The store looks beautiful and clean and has everything I need at a much cheaper price than anywhere else.

so this place has a great selection! the gentleman that was running the place when I first got back into town is absolutely friendly and great customer service and wants to help you. I run into him there occasionally. they have the exports A's and Dunnhills that I want... I gave it two stars because, a younger guys been working there and I'm not sure I guess maybe he has an opinion about me that's obviously misled. I only go in there for cigarettes and lighters but I want to stick with one place if I like the place I want to help it stay in business. and they don't have to go out of their way to be like an upscale door guy or something but this guy just got weird on me and I have no idea why I'm always very polite. so I guess it's kind of personal the two stars not the items in the store the stuff in the store is good quality. like yesterday I was trying to ask him about tobacco and he kept not listening to me and then getting really annoyed with me when he came back around and I couldn't figure it out so instead of dealing with a weird situation I'm just going to stick with going to this place in Marin so anyways sorry about the downer. you may or may not end up having the same experience because I don't know what it's based on. I wish them luck though.
