I’ve been coming to this shop for almost a year and won’t be returning. I have never had any issues until today. I bought a new pod for my vape, got to my car and filled it and waited till I got to work to pop it in to let the juice soak, it wouldn’t connect to my device at all. I popped my old burnt pod in and it worked fine. So I called literally 10 minutes after I left and told them about it and the guy said there’s nothing he would do about it. No exchange or anything. Told me it’s posted they don’t do returns, I didn’t want a return, I want a working product which is what I paid for. If your business sells a bunk product, in order to save face and keep returning customers, you should make it right.

This was my first time here,a friend recommended it,I got there at about 7:50 and the gentleman working gave me a quick lesson on how customer service is and always should be. He had everything I was looking for and showed me some new items. It was a genuine pleasure shopping here and I will definitely return the next time I'm in Placerville. To the gentleman who was working,thank you so very much for your patience and attention to details,it's much appreciated. Kudos to y'all at Placer Tobacco!!!😎

Sold me a torch that didn’t work three days ago and when I called to ask about it they basically just said to screw myself. Not shopping here again.
