Total Wine, and this particular store (I moved 3 hours away but still make the trip because it’s the best) have been my go-to for a long time. Traditionally the customer service has been good, but it has started to fall behind lately. Frank to the rescue! Frank made the extra effort that I miss. He listened to me, offered help and suggestions, then took initiative in a gentleman-like and professional manner. Well Done!

These guys can't help themselves. They offer an unmatched selection of whatever your poison is, priced substantially lower than so-called "bargain" chains. With plenty of parking and genuinely friendly and helpful staff, I know the extra ten minutes I take driving to Total will start paying dividends the moment I walk in the door.

Very disappointing experience. I was refused service because my valid out-of-state ID wouldn’t scan, even though it’s a legitimate government-issued ID that works everywhere else. I asked to speak with the manager, but they were no help and offered no solution or explanation beyond saying it wouldn’t scan. If your system can’t read valid out-of-state IDs, it needs to be updated.

I have shopped here before and had a positive experience. My brother-in-law requested for a variety of American Whiskey on my next visit to U.K. Well guess what TWM came through again. Best prices & best service goes a long way. I chose curbside pickup instead of delivery which was very reasonable. I arrived at the store, parked in the curbside zone and checked in. Within five minutes my order was in the car and that was impressive because many companies offer seamless curbside but it’s a nightmare

Lots of staff around to help if needed. The store is very easy to navigate and it's nicely labeled. They also have snacks and small gifts. Well stocked from my experience.
