I bought a hookah from this store and after using it just once and rinsing the inside, a bit of water touched the exterior — the decorative paint and flowers started peeling off immediately. Clearly, the materials used are very poor quality. I called them politely to explain the issue and asked for a simple exchange or refund. But the staff was rude, nervous, and unhelpful. First time I called, they said the owner would call me back — he never did. Second time, I was told to come in and speak to the manager. I drove an hour to get there, and the manager said only the owner could help. I asked for the owner’s phone number to avoid another useless trip — they refused to give it. When I said I would leave a review, the Manager just said with angree tone: “Go ahead, leave it.” This is not how you treat customers. Poor product, worse service. I do not recommend this place.

Terrible experience. I bought a hookah from this smoke shop and it turned out to be defective. The seller initially said they would replace it, but when I came back, they completely refused and responded rudely. I was told to come back three different times, but nothing was done to help me. I even offered to pay extra just to get it fixed or replaced, but they still didn’t care. The staff is rude and the prices are way too high. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I bought 6 very aged and crunchy cigars for $30. The loose-leaf 5-pack usually costs $6, but I ended up paying $10 here. The purchase wasn’t taken immediately, so I got a refund and the purchase was taken 2 weeks after the purchase date. Don’t waste your time. The cashier was friendly but not cigar literate and was also sold the wrong thing. 🫣🫣
