Such bullshit from a "business". Purchased an ice-catcher bong, day 3 it broke just above the base, after lightly tipping hitting the sofa. I fixed it myself with glass glue because it was our fault it tipped. Day 11 the ENTIRE bottom broke while it was just sitting on the floor. I went back with my receipt and was greeted by a NEW employee who was there by himself, literally day 1 (or so he said). He was nice but had absolutely no idea what he was doing. Called the boss and the guy told him can't return it past 10 days and asked when it broke. It had broken 20 minutes before I went in. They back tracked and said if you would've brought it when it first broke we would've replaced it. Really? I just told them it broke right before I came in. I am seriously pissed. They told me if i wanted to buy a new one they would give me a discount. Hell no, I'm going to smokers paradise WITH the money they stole from me. I am going to make sure they NEVER rip anyone off again. Rant over.

The guy that works there is approachable and chill and gives me great deals.
