Well, I just moved to Prunedale so I was looking for a close by smoke shop. This seems to be the only one around so I went in there and I was pleasantly surprised. the guy working there, I think his name was. Lloyd was very helpful and answered all my questions very friendly. I had a good experience and the prices that were decent. This will be my new go to smoke shop

I'm from England and went in this store for rolling tobacco. The guy there serving, tall with long grey pony tail, was unhelpful to the extreme. He didn't know, or claimed not to know, the prices of anything and behaved like I was a nuisance and didn't want to help or serve me. He was utterly rude. He actually seemed quite annoyed and made me feel awkward. He had to scan a few pouches for pricing which was very irritating for him and said that the American Spirit tobacco was 26 dollars, which I have since found out is actually 15 dollars having now been to the store in Salinas! I bought a very small pouch for 11 dollars but I am now thinking was over priced and feel I have probably been ripped off! I would not recommend this shop! I have always found American customer service very good but this guy and shop is to be avoided. I will not be going back there.

Seems shady. Guy has "a lot of work to do." So I was rushed out. Not sure how I'm supposed to buy something without looking first. Terrible customer service. Also, not sure about all the work you gotta do at a smoke shop after 5pm Nobody cares about smoke shop customer service though. Lets be honest, its about the smoke shop prices. Welp, another huge miss. They charge dispensary prices for their glass so there truly is no point to shop here. If you need a wrap I would even suggest hitting the gas station before this place. Everything about my experience screamed outdated and dry wraps.

They fixed some issues they had before, so I will acknowledge and raise my review. Place is great for a quick grab of smokes. The glass however is a bit too expensive do some shopping around.
