I used to be a regular customer at Gaga Smoke Shop off Sunrise in Rancho Cordova, but after this experience, I can’t recommend them anymore. I purchased a nitrous oxide canister that turned out to be defective and leaking. I called the same day, explained the issue, and the employee I spoke with told me to come back and they would replace it. Unfortunately, because of my work schedule, I wasn’t able to make it back for about 12 days. When I finally returned, I was told they had no idea what I was talking about and refused to honor what I had been promised over the phone. I even offered to provide my bank statement showing the purchase along with my ID to verify everything, but they still denied me. The person I spoke to was AJ and he came off very rude The money isn’t even the main issue—it’s the lack of customer service and accountability. If you’re going to promise a customer that you’ll make something right, you should stand by your word. As someone who shopped here regularly, this was extremely disappointing, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

A modern day smoke shop that greets you with upbeat ambient electronic music that always creates a good vibe. The store is a one stop shop for selections of vapes, pipes and accessories. They also have good incense and hookah, and a cigar humidor room with alot of options. I frequently visit this shop as my local go to for all my smoking needs.

I purchase numerous things from this place but unfortunately they're glass cracks easily down stems break. buy a 250$ electric dab bubbler not even a week the middle piece breaks..... Buy stuff if you don't want it to last long that's the place.. but unfortunately my business go somewhere else ...

IMPRESSIVE! Wow do they have a lot of options for everything! Glassware, cigars, vapes, cases, lighters, hooka, papers, accessories. Fun vibe in the store too. Very clean. Special cigar room. Staff was super knowledgeable.

I came in stressed out, just had my brand new bong delivered from another company and it was broken. The staff wanted to know how they can help and pointed me to a few nice bongs. I was very particular about my types and choices. I came across their HiSi collection and just had to get one of the beaker bongs. Got a one-on-one to make sure the carry case fit just right. Very happy with the customer service and attention to details. Will recommend this store everytime I am asked where I got my beautiful bong.
