Everything in the humidor is good. Ron doesn't sell junk cigars. The people are cool and there's always someone to talk to. You can smoke and watch sports, play some pool, and always good conversation. It's not like some other lounges where you go in and nobody talks to you and you sit by yourself quietly. Ron knows the Industry well and what people like. Very reasonably priced! Definitely a gem in the i.e.

Came here because a buddy of mine recommended this place but there second location was closer to me , the bald guy was rude as hell , couldn’t answer any questions that I had I don’t see this location lasting when you have this bad of customer service , I wanna give the second location a try but not sure to waste my time with the experience I got from the Redlands location , hope you guys can fix this issue for cigar lovers
