The staff was polite and knowledgeable. Pricing was more than fair. The shop had a good open and bright floor space. sometimes smoke shops feel kind of cramped and gloomy. 10/10, will be coming back any time I'm in the area. UPDATE - I purchased a large double chamber and was super excited to use it when I got home. I started filling it with water and to my dismay there was a teeny tiny little crack imperfection near the base of the gourd fitting. Luckily there was pretty much an identical one at the shop and they were able to swap me out with no issues whatsoever. The new one works absolutely fantastic. You guys rock!
