I came in & thought I knew the right size banger for my rig, bought an incorrect bucket size, I came back within the hour, & eventually bro found the exact size one I needed & it was literally his last one, he had to go thru all his stuff to look for exact size, which was a female 14mm banger but with a smaller bucket than usual, & we just swapped!! 1st time here & this was my 1st experience.... They took care of me & for that I'll forever be grateful to this place. 🙏🏽

Came to this shop and bought a mini pink wulf torch and it stopped working next day. I went in and traded it for the same one but black. It also stopped working within days. I put it in my car to take it in, since I live 20 mins away. Then I forgot and now it been a month and I still have this paper weight.

This was my 3rd time in. The last time I had told the lady my price range, she didn't have any problems looking for a cute pipe for me Unfortunately I was disappointed today 😞 I told her my range was 20ish / 25 ish.. I ended up getting a piece that was 29 and my total came out to 41$ she seemed irritated & her responses were super short. I probably caught her on a bad day...also🤦‍♀️ what are the points even for? No one ever explained . I was hoping a discount . I can't believe it went from 29 to 41 AND ITS NOT EVEN GLASSSS....BRUH .So much for my range. Geeze. I literally should of gotten a decent piece for my total. I'll just drive the extra few miles back to The sb One I used to go to next time.
