This place was cool. The staff were very helpful and answered my many questions with a positive attitude. They helped me find a flavor that works for me. They also have everything from Volcano to all the Backwoods flavors. It was a big shop and was very clean and the Red Bull was very cold just the way I like it. I found my favorite place.

Got my vape Friday night, vape dies, tried charging and doesn't work, tried calling to see if I can get one that WORKS but nobody answers the phone. I called 30 times and left on ring so that's cool. Defective vape, and no customer service.

Purchased vape yesterday at 6:30 pm. Came back this morning because the vape was defective and made me purchase a new vape can questioned if I damaged the vape. If that’s how you guys are gonna do business I won’t be back. I just purchased the vape from you yesterday. Brought it back in less than 24 hours because it won’t take a charge and you’re gonna make me buy another new one and keep the defective unit?

Horrible customer service by the lady today 8/19. No interaction just “What do you want” vibe. They didn’t even have disposable vapes. I’d stay far clear from here. Probably thought I was underage but have valid ID
