⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mandi Xpress Yemeni Restaurant and Coffee is one of the best places for authentic Yemeni food. The mandi is full of flavor, the meat is tender, the rice is perfectly seasoned, and the portions are very generous. Their Yemeni coffee and desserts are also excellent and make the perfect ending to the meal. What truly makes this place special is the hospitality. Um Amar is incredibly kind, welcoming, and treats every guest like family. Her warm smile and genuine care create an atmosphere that makes you want to come back again and again. If you're looking for delicious authentic Yemeni cuisine, outstanding service, and a welcoming environment, I highly recommend Mandi Xpress. Definitely a five-star experience!

My goodness this food is delicious! Our 1st time trying Yemeni food and will be back for more...lots more! Thank you to the kind lady who helped us order & even offered to send us on our way with some beverages on the house. The lamb mandi was incredible...so tender! The hummus= cannot go wrong! The bread was phenomenal and didn't leave us feeling bloated like many breads do. The chicken shish kabob was wonderful...the flavoring of each dish was delicious. Perfectly seasoned! And the colorful basmati rice was a treat. Brought a lot home with use for leftovers. Thank you for the delicious food & kind service!

Amazing food and excellent service. Um Amer was very friendly and helpful. The food was very flavorful, with generous portions. So good I came back the next day to make sure. Their lamb is tender, juicy, and well seasoned. The kabob was delicious and packed with flavor. I even got a free sample of baklava. Would highly recommend coming here for a meal that will leave you full and happy.

We went for breakfast, but couldn't resist ordering extras to bring home for later since it's been awhile since we've had Yemeni cuisine. ☕️ Yemeni Chai 🍱 Breakfast Platter w/ eggs, foul (beans), variety of cheese & jams, cucumber, olives, tomatoes and fresh bread 🥣 Lentil Soup 🌰 Kibbeh 🍘 Cheese Sambousa 🥘 Chicken Mandi 🥘 Lamb Mandi If you've never had mandi, it's fragrant rice with fried onions, almonds and raisins topped with either roast chicken or lamb, and trust me, either one is perfection here. The meat comes out so tender. We tried a little while we were there and brought the rest home - the portions are so big we had dinner AND lunch the next day 😋 The breakfast was awesome too - similar to the Turkish and Persian breakfasts I love, with fresh baked bread and a variety of items to enjoy it with while sipping tea 🥰 Shout out to the team here - they made the best recommendations and brought everything out so fresh and fast for us! We also love how clean and spacious, with beautiful murals and plenty of parking.

We found this amazing restaurant in Riverside! It is open late to dine in. The restaurant was clean and the service was excellent. We had kind customers service and we asked for recommendations since it was our first time trying out Yemen food! The food was delicious! It was a good portion. The salad was fresh and I loved the chicken out of the two. The bread was perfect side for this meal. Go pay them a visit!
