Waste of money, purchased two vapes when I got home and tried them they Had no flavor. Was told once I left the store with them, they couldn't give me a refund and that some little sign they claim to have in the store states no refunds. People are trying to get their smokes and go home, no one's looking around for signs on the wall.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!Female Hispanic cashier with tattoo on face who looks like a dude copped an attitude for no reason. UNBELIEVABLE!!! SHE WAS VERY RUDE FOR NO REASON! YOU OBVIOUSLY DON'T UNDERSTAND THE SERVICE INDUSTRY!!! I was simply just asking about different products and she was giving me attitude for not knowing the difference on certain products. Owner i hope you see this and fire her. The older Asian Gentleman and the white dude were nice in the past though. I WIll NEVER GO BACK WITH 🗑 PEOPLE RUNNING THE BUSINESS.

Cigars are dry and super hard bought two fattier java and a tin of Maduro fatties were 13 and the tin was 35. Way over priced. Got home open my tin super dry hard. Lady behind the counter was very nice and she new her stuff. But the owner can not be selling old products I spent 60 there and I just threw everything away. Everything was horrible. Do not by from this place.

Robert and Nicole are both very helpful and they know how to treat customers. John the owner is always very nice and very professiona. Store is always clean inside. This is the only place I go to when I need cigarettes or lotto scratches. Love them all. :-P
