This place has been my go to for the 15 years. The staff provides the best service hands down ! Kudos!

My wife and I came this store to find an alternative to cigarettes. We are novices to this, but we couldn’t have picked a better place to go for products and education. We felt very fortunate that Kyla was working at the time as she was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with us, which we truly appreciated. I had an amazing experience at this smoke shop thanks to Ismael. He was super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about all the products. He went out of his way to answer my questions and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. The level of customer service he provided was above and beyond, and it really made the visit enjoyable. I’m hoping a lot of these things can be explained by them still adjusting to having new ownership. They could be a bit more professional in e-mails to their regulars and keep pods&hardware in stock for the devices they used to sell/still sell. First time I tried getting pods for my system, they didn’t have them and handed me two random pods for a similar device. Neither worked so I was with a burnt pod for weeks as my only option was ordering online. Came back, they still didn’t have the pod so I sadly felt kinda forced to buy a whole new system. I loved the previous staff, I truly hope they kept the younger woman employee with dirty blonde-ish hair because she was amazing!
