I always wanted to check out this place, they had poker tables out, the atmosphere was overall chill. I liked that it was clean. As a poc, I did feel like the token poc of the whole establishment. Which, I wish it was more diverse. It gives me lowkey high school + college vibes. I wanted them to tell me their best mixes, like what makes them different from other lounges I should have gone to, but the person who rang me up didn’t know anything about hookah or flavors. I asked them what brands did they use, and the response was literally “we have a lot of brands”. They have zero obligation to impress me but I wish as a new customer, if I am paying around $45 for a hookah (one bowl) I shouldn’t have to ask for charcoal twice. There is no one walking around making sure things are good. No one checking in, literally one person working the floor on a Saturday night and they mentioned they are barely “new to the scene” I don’t plan to come back but as a person that travels and tries different lounges since 07’ I hope they up there customer service and hire people with more knowledge

Had a great experience at Exhale, the atmosphere was great with the lively music and chill vibes. Rented a night for our girlfriend’s birthday and had a blast. One of the only lounges in Sacramento county that has beer and seltzers. It was great to keep the vibes going after dinner and the staff was attentive to everything we needed. Would definitely recommend for a night out or if you wanted a private party
Great atmosphere, excellent hookah, and friendly staff! Exhale Hookah Lounge is the perfect place to relax with friends. The vibe is welcoming, the service is attentive, and the flavors are always on point. Definitely one of my favorite spots—highly recommend!
I had an excellent experience at this hookah lounge. The atmosphere is stylish, clean, and very comfortable, making it an ideal spot to unwind or enjoy a night out with friends. The staff are professional, welcoming, and attentive to every detail — from helping choose the right flavor to ensuring the hookah quality stays consistent throughout the session.
Eh this place is “okay” for the most part. Kinda on the expensive side. My biggest concern is that It’s not in the safest area so be careful around there. There are homeless and mental unstable people that constantly wonder around in the back of the building, in the front and the parking lot. You’ll see Roseville PD driving around a lot too. Hookah is fine but mid grade. The atmosphere is also hit or miss. People are a bit standoffish here but oh well I guess. There’s other Hookah Lounges in Roseville that are in safer places in my opinion. Update: 07/13/2026. Appreciate the response from the owner. However, my views stand firm on this Hookah location. We just don’t feel like this is the safest atmosphere/location especially when it gets later in the night. My wife was uncomfortable and her friend felt the environment gave off “Be cautious” vibe. This place may be fine for others. But It wasn’t the right fit. We appreciate the offers the owner respond with… But safety and environment are my main concerns when it comes to hookah lounges.
