This is the greatest, most beautiful glass display store I have ever seen. The manager maintains it very well and gets the best and some simply unique pieces for their customers. That being said I went in for a specific item. The Studenglass Gravity Infuser, in pink, but they had a limited edition Grateful Dead version for, surprisingly, $50 less. However I really wanted the pink. I worked with Issa and he was amazing. He could see how bad I wanted the pink one and he knew that I could get a 20% discount with a canna purchase. Well let me say that made my heart leap because I really wanted to afford the pink one. I was going to settle for another amazing one for cost, but not the one that made me smile from ear to ear. Issa, thank you for not letting me settle, thank you for working with me at my pace, and for answering every crazy question I had. Also, look how amazing this infuser is. Ahhhhhh I’m so excited! 😁

I bought the Puffco Proxy core at the foothills location. Nathan would not help me solve the issue. I called the main store right after again trying to get this solved. I was on hold for 10 minutes ONLY because he was looking up my account, he wasn’t contacting anyone and basically said he wasn’t going to call the manager and he would not help me. I asked him all of the things he refused to do to help me and the amount of money I’d be losing and the bad customer service and he agreed that he wasn’t being as helpful as he could be. I’m so over this company because whenever I need help they pick and choose what they’re willing to help with and there is NEVER any supervisor on call or available EVER.

Wow! Im a loyal customer and I went in today and was ignored completely for 15-20mins and was late to work. The guy was on the phone and laughing and ignoring the majority of us telling us hold on and he will be with us in a minute. Thats not the case. You dont care about your customers at all! I know all names here i come here all the time. Cant believe the attitude.. going down hill fast

Nice helpful people. Jake is knowledgeable and has a sick ponytail. Prices are better than most other shops in the area. The few that exist anyway. Definitely a pit stop when I need vape products or kratom. With a large range of products and variations inbetween. The unofficial delivery services are also top notch. It's almost as if their collaboraters live in the parking lot. Overall a great place.
