Says they closed at 9:00 p.m but was close at 8:45!

I got a hookah it was nice and I hit a deal on all the necessary amenities for it. The dude is very cool and Friendly. The merchandise is priced good...he is a Fair guy! He just needs a vacation..the store is looking nice.. good job!

Great selection of hand blown glass pipes, cigarette prices are the best I have found in Sac, and the owner is awesome. I've been coming here for the past few years and before they sold Erica Spirits, I asked if they would carry them. He had them in the store in less than a week. I have to drive out of my way sometimes to go here but I don't care. I'm loyal to my spot.

Great selection of glass at a reasonable price. Although the customer service was really disappointing.. I had my girlfriend and friend with me and I had asked to see a product in the glass and he refused to let me handle the item. It was a torch and I just wanted to check it out before spending $30 on something.. so I'll take my business elsewhere.

I've bought numerous glass pieces and products over several years, but after my last experience I will never go here. It's one thing to tell me that you have an accessory available then say "we don't have it anymore". If I would've known I wouldn't have bought the glass that needs the accessory at all. Kicks people out with threats of taser use. I guess the stories from other visitors I've heard about this place are true. Will tell my family and friends to never come here.
