I want to give a big shout-out to Jeremy and Jonathan at Kolas for helping me out. I had an issue with a Jetty rosin cartridge that tasted burnt, and they kindly replaced it with another one. I’ve also had a great experience with another staff member last Tuesday I forgot her name, but she was incredibly helpful. I’ve always had great experiences with Kolas thank you so much!

Vinny you are a rockstar!! I will only come back for your service! You have amazing customer service and I left with a new product to try because of how thorough your knowledge is about the product. Thank you so much for helping me!! Kolas do right by this youngsta they are amazing!!!
