Jacob was awesome! He greeted me right away and made me feel welcome. I wasn’t sure what I wanted at first, but he took the time to really listen and helped me find exactly what I needed. Even though I was on a budget, he made sure I got the best quality and the most for the money I had. That really stood out to me because he genuinely wanted me to have the experience I was looking for, not just make a sale. That’s real customer service. 10/10.

Placed an online order and got skipped when they started calling names, 3/4 walk in guests were helped before Michael caught what happened. I appreciate you Michael. Not sure why I got skipped I'm a regular here and it's never been an issue before.
