I’ve been a regular for almost 1 year now and never thought I would get such horrible service. I buy 2 pens that are 2 grams and unfortunately they were defective. I thought I would be able to return them since they had a warrant. Unfortunately they wasted 30 minutes of my time to tell me they could do nothing and only give me a 1 gram pen when I purchased 4 grams worth of product. I’ve never been so disappointed in a stores lack of ability to help. I will never be doing business with this store again. If your reading this do yourself a favor a do not go to this place, the service was terrible and they lied about the warranty.

Customer service is mostly good. Every blue moon I get an interaction that leaves a bad taste in my mouth which is why I leave 3 stars. I frequent here often - with basic interaction. Respect and decency is expected. Whether you think it’s heard or not.

Promotional prices were great and the first time pre role promo was nice! Broke into our goodies as soon as we could and definitely enjoy them!
