Just wanna say I come here all the time and I’m always treated good. I wanna leave an extra special review about Ben. The guys always been attentive to detail and you can tell. He’s genuinely concerned with making sure the customer is happy every time. I just wanna say if Ben gets to help you that transaction will go well thanks again NUG

My first stop and will be my last stop!!! Well at least for this location!!!! The lady who helped me out looks like she didn't even want to actually want to work there. Rolling her eyes and rude when I asked if it was indica or sativa, she rolls her eyes being irritated when you ask about the product she selling. Ask for options out for me to see over counter, she gets upset and starts being rude . I Wanted to buy more but after having her show me only a few strains, I felt very bad tension from her and buzz kill , didn't want to order anymore but want leave asap . Not my fault you had all the products in the cabinet. You have her take anything off the shelf she already wasn't happy about it, I will not be coming back. Super rude!!!!!and has no costumer service skill at all. Or just don't know how to talk to people? This location have really bad rep on the costumer service. Advice to owner…. If you had costumer service skills on your rep, the costumers would have bought more. But I do not recommend this location. It seems to me, most reviews are with bad services here.

I am a medical smoker so it is important to me to get good product. I know I can go to nug and get something good, especially their flower is so fresh! Everyone has things they can improve on but nug is a trustworthy place.

BEN T was exceptional. Had my order ready at the checkout counter before I walked up. That was a first for me want want to give him big prop for attention to detail. I think we should als be able to rate the people sitting at the front desk door greeting; some can use a smile or at least act like they like thier jobs ;) when checking people in.

On line orders are ready as soon as I come to the counter. They now can process my ATM payment at the counter. Always friendly, always helpful, always take their time. Great place with great deals. Wonderful experience, and I wasn't even high!
