The owner of this shop is a distinguished gentleman. I've been a patruon of Smoke Shack for two years now. I've shopped here enough where I am recognized as I walk through the door. This particular day I was not expecting the shop to be out of my regular products. I decided to purchase the items suggested by the owner. They proved to be comparable and I am happy with my decision.

Says open till 10:00, door was locked when I got there. Some girl came up tapped on the window he ran to open it real quick. But the dude didn't even have butane. Like what kind of smoke shop doesn't have butane?

The customer service is great and they're always stocked up with what you need I will come to this shop more often than the other ones

They sell factory defective merch and refuse to make any type of return or back their product. In the language of the day ... this place sucks.

Excellent customer service got there right when they were closing and they let us in to get the few things we needed awesome customer service
