Amazing experience. The clerk at this store is very kind and helpful. He is extremely appreciative of any and all business that comes in. I couldn't recommend this place more. If you are in the area, skip 3 monkeys and shop local instead.

Ram was an absolute joy and professional with a beautiful store with a wide selection. He has the greatest customer service, is knowledgeable with endless kindness. The store has great energy, clean and well stocked. It meets all your smoke shop needs. Did I mention the incredible prices and deals? Wow! Great place to patronize and support here in Sacramento, you won't be disappointed. Thank you again, Ram! You have customers for life 🙏🏼

Ram is the most down to earth person you will meet, he’s so deeply kind and curious about the people who come to his store. Even gifted me an item when I’d fallen on rough times. The only place I go for vapes in Sacramento purely because of how joyful Ram is. Thank you Ram 💓💓

I wish to edit this review, first by thanking Ram and Smoke Shop for responding so quickly to my earlier review and say I have appreciated doing business with Smoke Shop and Ram. He has always been professional, kind, and courteous. I apologize for previous comments made out of frustration. Maybe it's just ironic for me, for some reason, that of the past 4 times I've visited the shop in the morning, that it has been closed outside of its normal posted hours. That said, I do appreciate doing business here, as they carry items that you can't find just anywhere. I believe Ram is a man of his words so him stating they will work harder to be open when they say they will, is reassuring. I also am a 100% fan of supporting local family-owned businesses.

The absolute best corner store! Ram remembers his customers and makes them feel cared for. The best local place to get incense!
