I've been trying to find the time to make my way out of my normal work. Routine for an overnight shift and my friend has been bugging me so come check out the glass at the smoke shop so I made my way out of my way to come check this place out for the glass and I don't have a lot of time to spare as it is so I stopped by 14 minutes before closing now. I believe patience is a virtue. I was looking forward to buying some glass here and instead I was rushed out of the store, I didn't get the time to browse and look at what I would like to look at, you know. So I felt like the person running the store at this time. At\n 8:50 PM was pretty rude towards me about rushing me out of the story. You know, you got to build a relationship with your customers, especially if they're new people, I was wanting to buy glass banal. I don't wish to

I had some of the worst customer service here that I have ever had. They are Incredibly sexist and when I asked a question about a product the owner told me to “get smart, that he shouldn’t have to tell me because everybody knows that “. I won’t be going back and if you’re a woman you should not either.

If I could give this guy zero stars I would It smells moldy in the place and don't buy drinks from here his fridge constantly goes down. I've had better customer service in the drive thru at 3 am I'm guessing he gets a lot of business from the four apartments within a stones throw away or else you wouldn't even bother with his overpriced low quality goods

If your not going to open at 10 am don't advertise that you do . It shows a lack of respect for your customers because you might as well be saying that my time isn't valuable and I have nothing better to do than waste my time and gas only to find that your not open like you advertise. It's very rude . Smoke shops are a dime a dozen so we'll just go somewhere else

I recently visited this smoke shop and I was thoroughly impressed by their selection and customer service. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help me find what I was looking for. The store itself was clean, organized and well-stocked with a wide variety of smoking accessories including pipes, papers, and vaporizers. They also had a great selection of high-quality tobacco and herbal blends, which I was excited to try. One thing that really stood out to me was the attention to detail in the packaging and presentation of the products. Everything was carefully labeled and packaged, and the staff even took the time to explain how to use some of the more complex items. Sac State discount is useful too.
