The hand blown glass blew me away! I purchased a beautiful top notch hookah instead. Sam is brilliant- I had problems figuring out my coal and went back the next day for a burner. Whether you are looking for a one of a kind gift or, like me, celebrating a divorce from someone who did not appreciate hookah, this is the place to shop. I even found my baby sister some SF 49ers socks to mail home and body jewelry for myself. All and all, and excellent shopping experience, variety beyond what I expected and good pricing. I will definitely go back!

The Owner use to be so cool And now sales things that are 3 months expired and makes U feel like shit for it and tells u to go next door, but yet I had to drive 20 minutes back after finding out that he sold me expired product…he utilizes a German Shepard as his “security” which I’m Sure is highly Illegal and attempts to “over-power” u with kindness by saying “I love you” “I can’t wait to see you again my love” like seriously…don’t fall for it people. Seriously. Some fishy stuff is going on there FOR SURE! And get that Dog out of there!! Barking at people!! 😡

The greatest place in Sacramento or around the area. Their inventory and quality is unsurpassed. Extraordinary customer service and year over year consistency that is a rarity these days. Sam has everything you need and more. Mention this review and he will take excellent care of you.

Wild Zone is hands down the best smoke shop I’ve ever been to. The second you walk in, you can tell it’s not your average place. The vibe is welcoming, clean, and super well-organized—plus, they’ve got one of the most impressive selections I’ve seen anywhere. Whether you’re looking for vapes, glassware, hookah supplies, or just something unique and fun, they definitely have it. You can easily spend a good while browsing because there’s just so much to choose from. But what really makes Wild Zone stand out is the owner, Sam. He’s not only knowledgeable about everything in the store, but he also goes out of his way to make sure every customer feels taken care of. You can tell he genuinely cares about the business and the people who walk through his doors. He’s always got good recommendations and takes time to answer questions without being pushy at all. It’s rare to find a spot where the customer service is as good as the inventory, but Wild Zone nails it. Sam is the kind of owner who remembers you, makes you feel like part of the community, and truly stands behind what he sells. If you’re anywhere nearby, do yourself a favor and check this place out. You’ll walk in a customer and leave a regular.

Wild Zone is one of a kind smoke shop! By far the biggest and baddest selection in Sacramento…….. but that is not the best part!! Sam and his trusted sidekick made you feel like Family when you walk in. Nicest shop owner I’ve ever experienced. 💯 I will never shop anywhere else! Thanks Sam!!
